Kung Fu is a 1500-year-old art of self defense and spiritual enlightenment.

Community Public Day - Free Tai Chi Class to the Public on the First Tuesday of Every Month!

The calm, moving meditation of Yang style Tai Chi is practiced by millions. Learn this ancient art, relieve stress, calm the mind, experience radiant health. Beginner, intermediate and advanced students are integrated into one class.

This Chinese system of energy work soothes the mind, builds the body and calms the spirit. We teach the 18 Lohan Qigong with a lineage that dates back to Damo.

Tai Chi and Qigong are taught together in a comprehensive program. For over 2,000 years the people of the East have looked towards martial arts as the perfect way to increase fitness, flexibility, stamina and relieve stress.
